- Graduation Students use the grade recording report from the student portal to ensure that they are on the right track for graduation by reviewing the Student Affairs.
- After completing the certificate evaluation report, the student can obtain the graduation request form from the portal after fulfilling all graduation requirements.
- The student’s name on the graduation request must match the way it appears in the university’s student information system. Requests to change the name must be accompanied by legal documents and sent to the Student Services Office at services@IUSR.University.
- Grade reports and official certificates are sent by regular mail. Students can request to have their mailed documents recorded through the graduation request, incurring additional fees, or by visiting the Student Affairs office to receive the original copies.
Transcript of Grades
- Each student receives one official grade report from the university at no cost upon completing the certificate program. Students who wish to obtain an additional copy of their grade report before graduation need to pay a fee of $15 for each extra copy. Students who wish to have their official grade reports sent by mail to another institution should ensure they complete the “External Entity Request” form. Students can access their unofficial academic record on the student portal.
- For students who desire an official grade report showing their academic progress, they should submit a request via email to the Student Services Office at services@IUSR.University and pay a $15 USD study and preparation fee. An official grade report will be sent within 7-14 days, or students can pick it up from the Student Affairs office.
